Crew members clock in and out through the mobile app. Each punch records GPS coordinates and accuracy and is automatically classified as inside the approved geofence, outside the geofence or without GPS. The system also records the exact distance from the job site.
- Configurable job-site geofencing. Clean Space can set the permitted clock-in radius for each location so crews must be physically on-site to record a standard punch. Managers can override an exception, but the override and reason remain in the audit history.
- Time-punch controls and audit trails. Managers can approve, reject or correct time punches, with a permanent record of who made a change, what was changed, when it was changed and why. Forgotten clock-outs can automatically close after a defined grace period and are capped at the scheduled end time.
- Drive-time tracking between jobs. Paid travel time between jobs can be recorded and unusually long drive times can be automatically flagged against the expected travel time.
- Missed-visit and labor-variance visibility. Scheduled jobs can be marked as missed and rescheduled directly from the schedule. Clean Corner compares actual clocked labor with each job’s expected labor time, making unusually short visits, missed service and over-budget visits visible to management.
